I used to live up there til I was about 5. Not been back since.

that will be amazing man! really wanted to do that this year too, how long you going for? take it your driving? i cant drive so makes it a bit harder

Everywhere you go out there you see rusting cars, buses, trucks, tractors just sat in fields.
Loads of derelict housing too. Quite often see 19thC blackhouse remains, next to 1930's bungalow derelict, next to new-build cottage all on the same plot.
Sunsets are stunning though.
